Jenny McCarthy, Brian Urlacher call it quits

  

August 16, 2012 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- Brian Urlacher and Jenny McCarthy announced they've split up.

The actress and Playboy cover girl told People Magazine, "Brian and I have decided to turn our romance into an amazing relationship." The two had been dating since April. Both have ties to Chicago.

It's been a tough week for the Chicago Bears linebacker. On Tuesday, Urlacher had surgery on his left knee.
