A news study says contraceptive pills can change a woman's taste in men to those who are genetically less compatible.

British scientists say that, using their sense of smell, women are instinctively attracted to men who have a dissimilar genetic makeup.

The pill apparently masks that ability, causing woman to choose men with a similar genetic makeup.

Couples with different genes are less likely to experience fertility problems or miscarriages.

And researchers say that, ultimately, when a women stops taking the pill, she may no longer find her husband or boyfriend so attractive.
