Good night's sleep key to kids' behavior

A good night's sleep may be the answer to having well-behaved children.

A study in England tested 10,000 kids and discovered that children were more likely to have behavioral problems if they went to bed late or didn't have regular bedtimes.

Many of them had other bad habits as well, but the researchers discovered that when they went to bed earlier, there were improvements in behavior.
