Janaury 1, 2006 (WLS) -- There is good news for Chicago Bears fans who live in northwest Indiana. Team officials announced Sunday that fans living in that area can purchase divisional playoff tickets.
Previously, Ticketmaster would only sell them to fans with credit cards that have an Illinois billing address.
A bears official says he made a mistake and that feedback from angry fans has prompted the team to sell the tickets to Indiana fans as well.
Playoff tickets go on sale Tuesday by phone and the Internet.
