August 13, 2007 (WLS) -- An Illinois solder serving his second tour of duty has been killed in Iraq.
Army Specialist Justin Penrod's family lives in Danville and that's where he will be buried. He was killed in Baghdad when another soldier stepped on a bomb that had been buried. The blast killed four soldiers.
Specialist Penrod was 24 years old.
His survivors include a wife and eight-month-old son.
