Opening of Planned Parenthood Clinic delayed

Tuesday, September 18, 2007

A judge's decision has delayed the opening of a clinic which was scheduled to open in Aurora Tuesday.

The city of Aurora wanted to delay the Planned Parenthood Clinic's opening while it investigates the permit process.

Planned Parenthood representatives say they fulfilled the permit process and wanted an injunction against the city so they could open on time.

The judge did not throw out the request for an injunction but wants to hear more arguments.

A hearing is set for Thursday.
