October 10, 2007 (WLS) -- The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the hard landing of a United Airlines flight at O'Hare that sent two people to the hospital.
It happened Tuesday night at about 8:30. Flight 628 from Seattle was carrying 127 people when it landed and briefly left the runway. It blew a tire and damaged two engines.
A United Airlines spokesperson said one passenger and one crew member were injured. They were taken to the hospital as a precaution but were not seriously hurt.
United said it's also investigating the incident.
