Judge mugged near Obama's home

(WLS) -- A Cook County judge was mugged just blocks from President-elect Barack Obama's home.

The attack happened Monday night.

Judge Eileen Brewer tells the Chicago Sun-Times that she was on her front porch when the man struck. She says she was punched in the stomach, arms and back.

The man made off with her purse.
