Men injured in home invasion

  

October 28, 2009 (LINCOLNWOOD, Ill.) (WLS) -- Police in north suburban Lincolnwood said a home invasion does not appear to be random.

Two men who lived in the home were injured. One was shot in the stomach and the other was hit with a blunt instrument.

Both were taken to St Francis Hospital in stable condition.

Police say three young men entered the house and attacked the occupants. The three were wearing black hooded sweat shirts and left the scene in a light colored vehicle.
