October 29, 2009 (WLS) -- Sam Zell says he does not believe the Tribune Company will emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy by the end of the year.
The chairman and CEO says his Tribune investment is "certainly the most amount of money I've ever lost in a single deal."
He says with luck, the company could emerge from bankruptcy by the end of the first quarter of 2010.
