Woman shot at party released from hospital

November 3, 2009 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- A woman who was wounded in a shooting that killed a DePaul University student this weekend is home from the hospital.

Daisy Camacho was released from Illinois Masonic Hospital with an open wound in her neck.

Camacho was with Frankie Valencia at a Halloween party early Sunday morning on North Rockwell. Both were injured in a shooting. Valencia did not survive.

Police are still searching for the gunman who may have been an uninvited guest at the party.
