November 7, 2009 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- Chicago police had been searching over the weekend for 16-year-old Brenda Day, who was reported missing. Authorities now say she has been found safe and sound.
Before she went missing, Day was last seen at George Washington High School on the Far Southeast Side.
Day's family told police said she had never run away from home.
