November 12, 2009 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- Candidates for Illinois governor will learn Thursday the order their names will appear on the primary election ballots.
The state board of elections will conduct a lottery at its office in Springfield to determine ballot position.
The lottery will be among the candidates who were the first to submit nominating papers on the first day of filing, which was October 26th.
