November 20, 2009 (BARRINGTON, Ill.) (WLS) -- A northwest suburban man is accused of selling as many as 1,000 fake licenses to minors in the area, according to police.
Sam Rzepnicki, 21, of Barrington was charged Tuesday with several felonies, including selling and manufacturing fraudulent drivers licenses, and possession of equipment to manufacture the false documents.
