Supporters line up for Gore book signing

  

November 24, 2009 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- Former Vice President Al Gore came to Chicago Tuesday to sign copies of his new book "Our choice."

There was a long line of supporters at the Borders book store on State Street. "Our Choice" is a follow up to Gore's Academy award-winning documentary "An Inconvenient Truth."

Gore has championed environmental issues for many years.

His book is said to be a call to action that answers many of the questions posed by the film.

Gore is a co-recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize in 2007 for his work on climate change.
