November 27, 2011 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- A Chicago man is charged with an attempted carjacking in the Lakeview neighborhood on Thanksgiving Day.
The victims were a Wisconsin woman and her two children.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, 28-year-old Tristan Jefferson allegedly entered the victims' car Thursday afternoon at Southport and Eddy and ordered the woman to drive -- but fled when she refused.
