May 1, 2012 (RIVERWOODS, Ill.) (WLS) -- Flames raced through a million-dollar mansion in the north suburbs early Tuesday.
The fire broke out just after 5 a.m. in a huge home along Hiawatha Lane in Riverwoods.
Crews from neighboring communities were called in to help fight this fire. Because of its location, firefighters had a hard time getting enough water on the building.
An investigation is under way into how this fire started.
