May 17, 2012 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- Chicago police have released pictures of two men wanted for robbing a CTA passenger and then slashing four Guardian Angel members as they tried to help the passenger.
It happened late Tuesday night at the Red Line stop at Clark and Division.
Police say one man demanded the passenger's cell phone then hit him with a gun before trying to run away.
The Guardian Angels were able to stop the attacker, but a second man came from behind armed with a knife.
The attackers got away in a cab.
