Police release 2nd person arrested after Heaven Sutton, 7, shot and killed

July 8, 2012 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- A second person arrested in the shooting death of 7-year-old Heaven Sutton was released without charges.

Officials have not said why or when the person was released.

Sutton was killed in June when two men approached a group of people in the 1700-block of North Luna and opened fire.

One suspect, 26-year-old Jerrell Dorsey, is in jail without bond in the shooting.
