July 25, 2012 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- The Loop Target store is officially open for business.
Some early shoppers were perusing the aisles of the so-called "City Target" store Wednesday morning. The store is at the former home of Carson Pirie Scott at State and Madison.
Target says the new store is about two-thirds the size of one of its typical stores.
