Tony Peraica smiled for his mug shot taken during a four-hour early morning stay in the McCook police station after being arrested on Oct. 30, 2010.
December 4, 2012 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- Former Cook County Commissioner Tony Peraica was convicted of misdemeanor criminal damage to property and faces four months of probation, a judge ruled Tuesday.
Peraica was accused of trying to destroy a campaign sign belonging to his political opponent Jeffrey Tobolski before the 2010 election. Peraica lost that race.
