3 suspects in custody after alleged attack

January 19, 2013 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- Three men are in police custody after beating and robbing a man near the Belmont Red Line stop Friday night.

Dontay Underwood, William Brown and Terrell Williams are each charged with robbery, and Underwood is charged with resisting arrest.

A fourth man escaped police before being arrested.

Officials say that they attacked a Chicago man and stole his phone near Belmont and Sheffield Friday night at about 12:45 a.m.

The three are scheduled to appear in court on Sunday.
