Man free on bail charged in another death

August 12, 2013 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- A South Side man who was free on bail in an attempted murder case from 2006 has now been charged with the shooting death of another man.

Roman Foreman is charged with one count of first-degree murder in the May 29 death of Freddie Walton.

Walton and his girlfriend were walking into a store at 122nd and Halsted when a vehicle with two people inside pulled up and shots were fired.

Walton, was shot in the neck and shoulder and later died.

Foreman is also accused of shooting another man the same day.
