October 14, 2013 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- A judge set bail at $250,000 for Jimmie Ortiz, 30, a man charged with trying to rob a person with an axe.
Chicago police say it happened in the Logan Square neighborhood Saturday.
According to authorities, the victim and others nearby overpowered Ortiz and held him until police arrived.
