October 15, 2013 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- A group of protesters gathered Tuesday afternoon at Federal Plaza to rally and call for an end to the government shutdown.
The group organizing for action and other community members want Congress to re-open the government, pay bills, and get the economy back on track.
