Zachary Fardon, the new chief federal prosecutor for northern Illinois, will be sworn in Monday.

Attorney General Eric Holder will be in town to speak at Zachary Fardon's ceremony.

The 47-year-old took over the post last month after the United States Senate approved his nomination.

President Obama named Fardon to replace Patrick Fitzgerald in May.
