September 29, 2013 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- The new health insurance marketplaces are scheduled to be up and running on October 1st.

The marketplaces are where the uninsured can shop for and compare policies. But many people are unclear about what they need to do or even if they are even impacted. We spoke with a panel of experts about what you need to know.
