August 20, 2012 (WLS) -- Republican officials on Monday released the planned schedule for the first day of the party's convention.
The Republican National Convention (RNC) will be held from August 27-30 in Tampa Bay, Florida.
The theme of the first night of the RNC will be 'We Can Do Better'.
