Powerball climbs to $290M, winning numbers yield no jackpot

August 1, 2013 (WLS) -- The winning numbers in Wednesday evening's drawing of the Powerball game didn't lead to a jackpot for anybody, so the prize climbs.

The numbers Wednesday were 08-24-39-49-59, Powerball: 5. The jackpot was estimated at $235 million.

Saturday's drawing will have an estimated jackpot of $290 million, though that number could climb.
