Dancing with the Stars

Former New Kid on the Block Joey McIntyre hits the road with the Dancing with the Stars tour that stops in Chicago.

The all-star team hitting the road includes Season One's Joey McIntyre partnering with Season Three's Kym Johnson, Season Two winners Drew Lachey & Cheryl Burke, Lisa Rinna & Louis Van Amstel, Season Three's Joey Lawrence & Edyta Sliwinska, Willa Ford & Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Harry Hamlin pairing with Karina Smirnoff! It takes place tonight at the AllState Arena.

Joey McIntyre from Dancing with the Stars Season 1 is participating in the 38 city Dancing with the Stars Tour, which comes to Chicago on January 5th. Joey will be singing and dancing on the tour and has a new album coming up titled "Talk to Me", which is a collection of classical pop favorites.

(BACKGROUND) His new CD Talk to Me is, in many ways, what McIntyre has been working towards since he joined New Kids on the Block just before his 13th birthday to become part of one of the most successful boy groups of all time, scoring chart-topping, multi-platinum albums in Hangin' Tough and Step by Step until disbanding in 1994, paving the way for the likes of Backstreet Boys and NSYNC.
