January 25, 2007 -- Bridal Expo Chicago and Shelley's Bridal Couture have teamed up to create a wedding dress and bridesmaids gowns inspired by the winning 2006 NFC North Division champions, the Chicago Bears. The gowns will be on display at upcoming Bridal Expo Chicago events: Sun., Jan. 21, from Noon to 4 p.m. at the Palos Country Club; and Sun., Jan. 28, Noon to 4 p.m. at The Carlisle, Lombard.
Bill Brennan, CEO, Bridal Expo Chicago, a well-known wedding expert, says the gowns are in line with this year's trend in the bridal business for personalization and color. "Couples are seeking out ways to make their weddings really representative of them and completely unforgettable. They're crazy for signature bright colors, after-parties, and showing off their personal sense of style and self."
