Walk To End Alzheimer's

September 29, 2013 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- It's estimated more than five million Americans are living with Alzheimer's. On Sunday, September 29, 2013, thousands are raising funds once again at the annual "Walk to End Alzheimer's" at Montrose Harbor.
