Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon

July 21, 2013 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- On Sunday, thousands of runners are racing in the XSport Fitness Rock 'n' Roll Chicago Half Marathon presented by HumanaVitality.

Some are running for a good cause at this event that offers background music for extra motivation.

During ABC7 News Sunday Morning, we talked live to Alex Bennett, event director, and Kymberlee Setterberg, spokeswoman with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
