Ali Wentworth Helps Chicago Prepare for Cold & Flu Season
On September 25, the well-known mom and actress Ali Wentworth will help consumers prepare for cold and flu season by unveiling the new achoo by Kleenex cold and flu predictor, the first and only tool that can actually detect when cold and flu will reach your area. The tool utilizes the most accurate CDC data and a proprietary forecasting model to predict where the cold and flu will hit next. The prediction includes up to three weeks of advance data with an average accuracy rate of more than 90 percent. Here are some details on the event:
- Who: Ali Wentworth, in partnership with the Kleenex brand team
- What: Ali and the team will be inviting consumers to stop at the "Kleenex Checkpoint" to redeem a retail gift card or a Kleenex Slim Pack and valuable coupons to stock up on cold and flu essentials. They'll also be capturing personal stories of getting "caught without Kleenex," to mirror the current ad campaign (www.kleenex.com/flu).
- When: September 25 from 6:30am to 2:30pm
- Where: Grand Hall, Union Station
- Why: To help consumers avoid getting caught without Kleenex and prepare for the season
