Students learn fire safety

February 22, 2010 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- Students learned about fire safety Monday morning during an event at Joyce Kilmer Elementary School.

ABC7 morning anchor Judy Hsu and general manager Emily Barr also spoke to the students about the importance of practicing fire safety.

It's all part of ABC7's "Operation Save-A-Life" program with the Chicago Fire Department.

The program offers tips on how to protect your family from a fire.
