July 2013 (CHICAGO) NEWS RELEASE (WLS) -- The Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the 2013 Make the Connection! Hispanic Business Expo on Thursday, August 29th, 2013 at Chicago's Navy Pier.
This is a free event - participants must pre-register at www.hispanicbusinessexpo.net.
The 2013 Make the Connection! Hispanic Business Expo is one of the largest events for Hispanic businesses and professionals in the country. This single-day event is intended to establish relationships between thousands of Hispanic business owners and decision makers from both government agencies and Corporate America.
The Expo kicks off with a breakfast in the Grand Ballroom of Navy Pier at 7:45 a.m. For years the Opening Breakfast has served as a platform for business and political leaders. Past speakers include then U.S. Senator Barack Obama, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn, U.S. Senator Richard Durbin, and former Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley.
More than 5,000 guests are expected to attend the 2013 Make the Connection! Hispanic Business Expo. The event will present more than 115 exhibition booths and 10 free business development workshops. Exhibitors include decision makers in the public and private sectors and top Hispanic entrepreneurs and professionals.
