September 28, 2013 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- From October 1 through October 5, 2013, Latino Fashion Week takes place in Chicago.
ABC7's Stacey Baca and Cheryl Burton are among those who will strut their stuff on the runway - they'll model on opening night on Tuesday.
The five-day event will include runway shows, celebrity appearances, VIP receptions, Fashion Lounges & Markets, and much more. The fashion week supports local, national and international Latino designers, and it benefits great charities as well. The theme is, "By Latinos, For Everyone."
Arabel Alva Rosales, Co-Founder and Principal of the Latino Fashion Week, came into our ABC7 studio with several models to show off fashion made by Latino designers but that can definitely be worn by all!
