National Hot Dog Day from Bull & Bear's hot dog week

It's National Hot Dog Month. And while most Chicagoans like their dogs with mustard, onion and relish, one Chicago bar and grill is celebrating all week long by offering a unique take on a different dog, inspired the streets of Chicago.

Chef David Blonsky of Bull and Bear shows us how to recreate two of this week's special hot dogs.
