May 28, 2011 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- 4 servings
Burger Ingredients:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 oz Small Diced Shallots
1 tbsp Porcini Powder
8 oz Ground Bison
4 Pretzel Bread Buns
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Sweat shallots by gently cooking in a pan with 1 tbsp oil until almost transparent, then set aside to cool
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and portion into 2-oz patties
- When ready, cook patties; place on a hot grill for approximately 2 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness.
