VIRTUAL VIEW TROUBLESHOOTING

  • It is best to be connected to a Wi-Fi network to quickly download the Virtual View content your device will need.
  • If there is a glare on your television, especially on the lower left where the "Virtual View" graphics appear, try to eliminate the glare.
  • If Virtual View content still does not trigger, adjust down the backlight level of your television for LED or LCD sets
  • If Virtual View content still does not trigger, adjust down the brightness level of your television
  • It might be necessary to get closer to your telelvision (about 4 feet) to launch the Virtual View content and then increase the distance from your set. (For Computer monitors, point your device from your regular viewing distance)
  • You must keep the Virtual View visible to your device's camera, or the content will stop.
