Dogs found starving on the street

13 of 21: The Delaware County SPCA wants to know who starved this pit bull mix, now named "Curious George." The dog was found by a passerby along the 1600 block of Naamens Creek Road near Boothwyn. Anyone with information is asked to call 610-566-1370.
