Koua Fong Lee was convicted of criminal vehicular homicide and sentenced to eight years in prison when his 1996 Toyota Camry flew off an Interstate ramp and crashed into another car, killing three people in St. Paul, Minn. in 2006. The family of the three people killed have hired attorneys to pursue a lawsuit against the Toyota Motor Corp.
