Fatal tree trimming accident

1 of 7: Neighbors and relatives say 61-year-old Frank J. Smith was up on a ladder trimming some branches from a massive red oak tree in front of his home in the 200 block of Kings Highway in Dennis Township on November 1, 2011 when a massive tree branch came down on top of him, killing him.
