From the U.S. Marshals: Aaron Dickens is wanted for a rape which occurred December 1st 2012 in the 200 block E. Phil Ellena Street. Dickens allegedly entered the victim's home unannounced and raped her. Aaron Dickens is a 35-year-old black male, 5'9" tall, 150 pounds, brown eyes, black hair, and has multiple tattoos on his body with a visible tattoo of a tear drop under his left eye. Aaron Dickens last known address is in the unit block of E. Johnson St.

The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a cash reward for any information which leads to the arrest of any of these fugitives. The parties providing the information will remain anonymous and appearance in court at trial or hearing is not required. Payment is based solely on arrest.
