Abused pit bull pup rescued in Delco

1 of 6: A Delaware County family adopted a young pit bull after its owners admitted to severely cutting the animal as part of a pain conditioning ritual for dog-fighting. Meanwhile Justice Rescue is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the dog's owners. Anyone with information is asked to call 215-942-6363.
