3 of 23: If you were around 30th Street Station Thursday night you may have noticed a rather unusual site - hundreds of people, all dressed in white, sitting down to dinner. It's the annual Diner En Blanc, a global phenomenon that started 25 years ago in France. The event is a celebration of elegance and glamour of old court society, with the location a well-kept secret until the last second. This is only the second time Diner En Blanc has been held in Philadelphia and they already doubled last year's number to 2,600 diners.
