2 inmates escape from high-rise prison

13 of 22: Two inmates escaped from the Metropolitan Correctional Center in downtown Chicago, Tuesday morning, Dec. 18, 2012, police said. The two men were identified as Kenneth Conley and Joseph "Jose" Banks.
