3 teens stabbed on Market Street El

WEST PHILADELPHIA - Sepember 13, 2009 (WPVI) -- Three teenagers are recovering from stab wounds they suffered while riding the Market Street El.

Action News was there as police began their investigation at 56th and Market Streets in West Philadelphia.

Police say the three male victims, ages 18, 16, and 15, were all riding the westbound Market Frankford El at about 11 Saturday night when they were stabbed.

Police are trying to determine what led to the stabbings.

All three are hospitalized in stable condition.

No arrests have been made in the case.
