WEST PHILADELPHIA - October 12, 2009 (WPVI) -- A man has died in a house fire in West Philadelphia. His body was found in the second floor of the home.
The flames broke out around 6:30 Monday morning on the 1400 block of Felton Street.
Four homes were damaged by the fire.
No word on the identity of the victim.Investigators have not yet determined the cause of the blaze.
