Del. man arrested for raping two girls

SMYRNA, Del. - October 14, 2009 (WPVI) -- The Delaware State Police say they've arrested a man for raping two girls.

Phillip G. Clayville, 42, of Bently Court in Smyrna, surrendered to police on Tuesday.

According to investigators, the family of a 12-year-old girl contacted police in June saying Clayville had sexually assaulted her.

As the investigation was underway, police say they learned of a second victim, an 11-year-old girl.

Clayville faces rape and other charges.

He posted bail pending his trial date.
